Product Delivery & Creation Process
Each offering is personally and intuitively crafted. I sit with every chart individually, studying its patterns, timings and elemental rhythms with full presence and care. This is not an automated process — each reading is created through focused analysis, reflection and alignment with the energies unique to you.
Because of the depth and personal attention involved, delivery takes approximately 15–20 business working days from the date of confirmation. This time allows the reading to unfold with clarity rather than haste.
While the process takes longer, the intention is to offer guidance that feels precise, meaningful, and aligned with your inner design. Return Policy
Due to the personalised and digital nature of our astrology reports and sessions, all services are non-refundable once delivered. Each reading is custom-created using individual birth details and cannot be reused or resold.
However, your experience matters to us. If you feel something was unclear or you faced an issue with your report or session, we warmly welcome your feedback. We view client input as constructive insight and are always open to refining and improving our work.
If you have concerns, please reach out to us within a reasonable time after delivery, and we will do our best to address them with care and integrity.
